Pinched Nerve

Wow, who knew a pinched nerve could be so bad. I was scratching my right side one day and found it felt numb. Not all the way but noticeable. X-Rays showed the pinched nerve was causing the problem AND that I have arthritis in my back from an injury that perhaps happened abut 5 years ago. I have no idea what happened to me 5 years ago, but whatever it was it was bad. You find out later in life, when everything is falling a part that your health is all you got. Who wants to be a live at 80 if you can't walk or have chronic pain. Stay health kids you only get this life once. The chiropractor is moving my spine back into the place and some of the numbness has gone away. It will take some time to get back to normal, but I'll get there.
